To introduce ourselves we are a Pvt. Ltd. company with
extensive business development network in The United
Kingdom and the European market & along with that we have
our own company registered and operational with our
Administrative Director and British Agents sitting in the
United Kingdom. We are looking to establish a few
registered centers with us who would work on the projects
that we procure from the international market and in
addition, we have our own existing legitimate
Outbound/Inbound Technical Support (with L3/L4 technicians)
which is operational in our brand name in the UK. We are
presently, in the first phase planning to enlist 4 such
serious call centers with us who will initially start up
with our Outbound Technical Support with Customer Service
or Call Routing facilities from The UK office. We will help
the call centers to stabilize the process sitting in their
own centers and gradually once the process knowledge is
completely downloaded and profit starts generating we
gradually move out. There are no. of other campaigns too
which by default these centers will be part off once the
first phase is over.
So we are looking for serious International Call Centers as
of now only in Kolkata who have a zeal to go ahead with
legitimate campaigns and stick to the basics with our own
Technical Support (Outbound and then gradually Inbound)
campaign from the UK, with all administrative costs in the
UK being our responsibility. We are risking our own
goodwill/brand that we have built over the last few years
in the UK for the centers in Kolkata. So we will be very
much part of the operations and check the quality of
agents, atleast till the first quarter.
